Marketing effectiveness

Econometric measurement of marketing: what your media, pricing and distribution actually did, and what to do next. Our marketing mix models are specified around how sales arise in the real market, category demand, availability and the censoring effects that conventional specifications quietly ignore, rather than fitted to whatever the data happens to reward. The output is not a coefficient table; it is a defensible account of what happened and a basis for planning what comes next.

Strategic analytics

An outside view of your measurement capability. What questions is the business actually facing, what evidence would resolve them, and where do the current data, tools and reporting fall short? We audit what exists, identify what matters, and leave you with a practical roadmap rather than a slide deck.

Decision support

Analysis only earns its keep when somebody acts on it. We build the connective tissue between models and decisions: scenario planners, forecasts, budget allocation tools and reporting that is designed around the choice being made, not around the data that happened to be available.

Analytic design

Metrics, experiments and analyses designed before the data is collected, so the result is capable of supporting the decision it was commissioned for. Good design up front is the cheapest quality control there is.
